Required Skills and Experience

•         Accounting or finance background required

•         Previous experience in the construction or rental equipment industry preferred

•         Outstanding communication skills

•         Exhibit high levels of organization, professionalism and team leadership

•         Solid computer skills

        o   MS Office

        o   Data Warehouse

        o   AS400

•         Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment


•         Acquisition of equipment via our AS400 purchase order system

•         Coordination with auction companies for the disposal of assets per business plan

•         Analysis of return on investment of rental assets

•         Report and reconcile capital expenditures

•         Maintain pricing comparisons

•         AS400 file management related to fleet
