Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

•         Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as a PC/Desktop support specialist required

•         Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems

•         Experience maintaining a Virtual desktop

•         Advanced level of MS desktop applications and knowledge of PC hardware

•         Working knowledge of Windows environment

•         Understanding of support tools , techniques and how technology is used to provide IT services

•         Excellent communication abilities

        o   Verbal and Written

•         Proficient in virus and malware removal techniques

•         Ability to make sound recommendations to customers based on real time information

•         Strong organization skills

•         Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

•         Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops and thin clients across multiple locations

•         Develop and maintain customer service levels for support of hardware and software applications

•         Sharepoint administration

•         Maintain printer fleet across multiple locations

•         Work with all internal employees to develop and enhance their service functions

•         Prioritize and complete all user requests

•         Help and consult customers on computer problems both face to face and remotely

•         Work efficiently within a team environment
