Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 2-5 years managerial experience managing a team of 10+ sales representatives in a large Metro area
• Proven track record of leading a sales team to maximize market penetration and revenue
• Familiarity with construction/equipment industry preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Solid computer skills
o MS Office
• Excellent communication abilities
o Fluency in the English language
? Verbal and Written
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities Include
• Motivate, educate and direct the sales department on sales processes and strategies
• Develop and present targeted presentations to key decision makers
• Make quick and effective decisions
• Deliver industry best service
• Create team synergy (Outside Sales, Inside Sales and Operations)
